Analysing latest US ‘drug boat’ strike as plane carriers and bombers get nearer to Venezuela

The US navy has stepped up strikes on alleged drug-smuggling vessels, with a latest assault within the japanese Pacific killing 4 individuals, whereas its largest plane provider, USS Gerald R. Ford, looms within the Caribbean amid rising pressure round Venezuela.

Sky’s knowledge and forensics unit has verified that previously 4 months since strikes started, 23 boats have been focused in 22 strikes, killing 87 individuals.
