Sky’s navy analyst Sean Bell explains why the United States is fascinated by Cuba, Venezuela and Greenland, as leaders maintain Coalition of the Willing talks in Paris.
He says all three nations are a part of the US’s space of affect, however the draw back is Greenland is a member of NATO.
