Incumbent Andy Burnham has gained re-election as Greater Manchester mayor. This means the Labour heavyweight will serve a 3rd time period within the put up.
"I have never given anything less than my all to this job… and I promise to do so again," he says.
Mr Burnham picked up 63.4% of the vote while his Conservative rival Laura Evans gained 10.4%.
