Paranormal investigator Jereme Leonard, former FBI agent Ben Hansen, and psychic medium Sarah Lemos launch an investigation into downtown Morgan City after skeletal remains were found under the street. As they delve deeper into the investigation, the team encounters a multitude of spirits haunting the area. Using their unique tools and technology, including the "Ghost Helmet," they attempt to communicate with the spirits and uncover the truth behind their presence. The spirits, many of them children, are victims of a terrible yellow fever outbreak, and they are extremely angry!
