After so a few years away from the kitchen the massive query was… can Anthony nonetheless prepare dinner? He exams that principle himself when he units out to work a double shift on the road at his previous hang-out, Restaurant Les Halles. The lunch rush was on, and Anthony tries to get again into the groove. With the lunch service in full swing, he begins to surprise — is he’s up for the job or in method over his head? With the dinner rush looming, and Anthony desirous to share his ache, he calls upon a trusted good friend: the world-renowned French chef Eric Ripert.
