Mohammed Robin left his house one morning to go to work, and when he got here again he discovered it had been taken over by Israeli settlers.

The property, close to the West Bank City of Ramallah, had been in his household since 1952.

‘I have to go the legal route to defend my land, but even with a legal process… there’s not a lot probability,’ he says.

Settler encroachment is likely one of the most vital points within the West Bank in the mean time, and it’s worsened because the October 7, 2023 Hamas assault on Israel, and the following warfare in Gaza.
