Nearly two years after Artem Chigvintsev was arrested for home violence stemming from an incident with Nikki Garcia, he described the whole ordeal as a "bad dream." He was not charged with a criminal offense. Artem advised fellow Dancing with the Stars alum Peta Murgatroyd on the April 20 episode of her ‘The Penthouse With Peta’ podcast, "I had to completely switch off me. There was no way of processing everything." However, Artem—who shares son 5-year-old son Matteo with Nikki—famous that his "true answer would be no" if he might have finished one thing otherwise.
