The mom of murdered teenager Brianna Ghey is pushing for cell phones to be banned throughout college hours to guard kids and enhance behaviour.
The new Phone Free Education marketing campaign is looking for ministers to introduce a full authorized ban, together with funding for colleges to pay for a lockable pouch or related various.
