The mom of murdered teenager Brianna Ghey is pushing for cellphones to be banned throughout college hours to guard youngsters and enhance behaviour.
The new Phone Free Education marketing campaign is asking for ministers to introduce a full authorized ban, together with funding for colleges to pay for a lockable pouch or related various.
