Newport police launched bodycam footage of Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan and her buddy being arrested in Rhode Island. The officers responded to a name from a restaurant concerning an "unwanted party." Flanagan has been charged with willful trespass, and her buddy is being charged with disorderly conduct, willful trespass, and resisting arrest.
