BAFTAS 2025: Colman Domingo on Sing Sing stars being denied visas resulting from earlier convictions

Sing Sing star Colman Domingo has been talking about how among the movie’s stars had been denied visas forward of tonight’s BAFTAs ceremony resulting from their convictions.

The movie, which tells the story of a gaggle of males who participate in an arts rehabilitation challenge at a most safety jail in New York state, options former inmates who play themselves, who had been unable to attend resulting from earlier convictions.

Domingo mentioned: "I always look at the positive, yes it’s sad that my colleagues can’t be here with me today but hopefully maybe the attention can shed some light on this and maybe make some changes because of it."
