NHS trusts throughout England are being investigated over failures in maternity providers, with specialists warning that girls and infants will not be receiving the "safe, compassionate care they deserve".
Issues relationship again greater than 15 years are being investigated throughout 14 trusts – and the evaluation’s chair says the findings will result in nationwide enhancements.
