Blinken says U.S. will not again Rafah incursion with out “credible plan” to guard civilians

Following President Biden’s affirmation that the U.S. won’t ship weapons to Israel if there may be an invasion of Rafah, Secretary of State Antony Blinken confirmed on "Face the Nation" that the U.S. "will not support" Israel if there’s a "major military operation" in Rafah within the "absence of a credible plan to protect civilians."
