BREAKING: Sacked BBC presenter Jermaine Jenas admits to ‘inappropriate messages’

Former footballer Jermaine Jenas has admitted to sending "inappropriate messages" to girls after he was sacked by the BBC.

The married father-of-four labored as a pundit on Match Of The Day and was a co-host of The One Show earlier than his BBC contract was terminated over allegations about his behaviour.

He has insisted in an interview with The Sun that the messages had been exchanged with "two consenting adults" and "nothing physical ever happened" – however he confessed to "cheating" and mentioned he felt he had let his household down.
