The Director of the US Secret Service has admitted the assassination try on Donald Trump was "the most significant operational failure at the Secret Service in decades."
Kimberly Cheatle is being grilled in Congress over the capturing which resulted in Mr Trump being shot within the ear and a spectator killed, whereas two others had been injured.
