Britain pulled his passport for alleged jihadist ties. He says it’s ‘hypocritical’ from The West

CNN’s chief worldwide correspondent Clarissa Ward meets British help employee Tauqir “Tox” Sharif for breakfast at his house in northern Syria. The UK stripped Sharif of his citizenship after accusing him of hyperlinks to an Al-Qaeda-aligned, Syrian insurgent group- expenses he denies. That group’s chief is now Syria’s president and meets brazenly with Western leaders akin to Donald Trump. Calling this a double customary, Sharif discusses his efforts to get again his citizenship and turns his consideration to the Israel–Gaza battle. #CNN #News
