Britain’s most-wanted fugitive remains to be on the run – precisely 20 years after the deadly capturing of a younger mom of three.
Kevin Parle is a suspect within the homicide of Lucy Hargreaves, 22, who was shot lifeless at her residence in Liverpool earlier than the home was set on hearth on 3 August 2005.
Since then, after many appeals for data, there was no confirmed sighting, phrase or hint of him.
