Kol was discovered by the London Ambulance Service on 25 April 2022 not respiratory, with bruises over his face and a severe damage to his stomach, attributable to a stamp or a punch. He survived however died two years later aged 4. The pair had been convicted on 25 March at Southwark Crown Court following a four-week trial.
