The King’s upcoming US state go to will go forward as deliberate after gunshots had been fired at a dinner attended by Donald Trump, Buckingham Palace confirmed.
The go to comes as relations between the two nations are at what some have been saying is their worst because the Suez Crisis in 1956, with repeated criticism by Mr Trump of Sir Keir Starmer over his refusal to hitch the US assault on Iran and dismissive remarks about Britain’s army capabilities.
