For 22 minutes, a person wielding a sword terrorised a road in Hainault, northeast London, attacking residents and law enforcement officials earlier than being tasered and arrested.
Police have been referred to as after studies at round 7am {that a} 36-year-old man was wielding a sword and attacking members of the general public.
The rampage left a 14-year-old boy lifeless, two different members of the general public injured, and two law enforcement officials needing surgical procedure in hospital.
Police are ruling out terrorism.
