The Crown Prosecution Service says Lucy Letby is not going to face legal expenses in relation to additional allegations of deaths and non-fatal collapses of infants.
Letby was sentenced to fifteen whole-life phrases for murdering seven infants and making an attempt to homicide seven others on a hospital neonatal unit between June 2015 and June 2016.
