Conservative minister Mark Harper will not say if he thinks the Tories will win basic election

Transport secretary Mark Harper has refused to say whether or not he thinks the Conservatives will win the final election.

When requested by Trevor Phillips repeatedly if the Tories do imagine they’ll win, Mr Harper refused to reply the query and mentioned his occasion are "fighting for every vote."

"I know what all the polls say, but it’s about what people do when they’re actually voting," he added.
