Shadow paymaster basic Richard Holden says he desires to see "substantial" change following the Supreme Court’s ruling which has outlined a girl below the Equality Act as a organic girl.
Holden provides that he desires to see the Equality and Human Rights Commission change its definition of a girl "swiftly".
"I hope quite a substantial amount will change", he tells Sky’s Anna Jones.
