Corey Perry says he’s in search of assist for alcohol abuse after the Blackhawks terminated his contract

Corey Perry stated Thursday he has begun working with psychological well being and substance abuse consultants to debate his struggles with alcohol after the Chicago Blackhawks terminated his contract for participating “in conduct that is unacceptable” and violated his contract and staff insurance policies.
