Roe v Wade has been overturned. Now more people are looking into abortion laws here in the UK to see if something similar to Roe v Wade could happen.
But can abortion really be banned here in the UK? Labour MP Stella Creasy thinks so – and she’s tabling an amendment to enshrine access to abortion as a human right.
But what does that mean – and who should decide if and when abortion can be accessed?
