Council wins bid to dam migrant housing in Essex lodge
Epping Forest District Council sought an interim injunction to cease migrants from being accommodated on the Bell Hotel in Epping, which is owned by Somani Hotels Limited and, gained its bid to briefly block asylum seekers from being housed.
A authorities try and delay the appliance was rejected by the High Court choose earlier on Tuesday.
The interim injunction now means the lodge needs to be cleared of its occupants inside 14 days.
