County strains: A decade of destroyed younger lives

Lucy was 13 when she was robbed by the drug gang she was working for and then stabbed as punishment. 

Now in her 20s and dwelling in a refuge, Lucy was one among 1000’s of kids exploited by violent drug gangs. 

A decade after authorities first recognized the emergence of "county lines" dealing, mother and father and former little one runners have spoken in regards to the devastating affect on their lives.
