Creating non-consensual intimate photos shall be a felony offence from this week
The offence of making non-consensual intimate photos will come into power this week, know-how secretary Liz Kendall has introduced.
Ms Kendall mentioned the legislation would make it unlawful for firms to produce instruments designed to create such photos.
It follows revelations that customers of Grok, an AI chatbot on Elon Musk’s X platform, may pay a subscription to make almost-nude photos of individuals, together with youngsters, with out their consent.
