David Arquette chats with ET’s Kevin Frazier on the Los Angeles premiere of ‘Scream 7,’ in theaters on Feb. 27. The actor returns to the franchise as Dewey, regardless of being killed off by Ghostface within the fifth movie in 2022. David, who met ex-wife Courteney Cox on set of the unique, jokes his daughter, Coco, would not exist with out the ‘Scream’ motion pictures. She turns 22 in June.
