David Lammy faces Commons grilling over wrongly launched migrant intercourse offender

Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy is anticipated to be grilled within the Commons at the moment after an asylum seeker intercourse offender was mistakenly launched from jail.

Ethiopian nationwide Hadush Kebatu was jailed for 12 months in September for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old lady and was wrongly free of HMP Chelmsford on Friday morning as an alternative of being despatched to an immigration detention centre.

The migrant, who had been residing on the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, when he assaulted the lady, travelled from Chelmsford to London and was arrested on Sunday morning in Finsbury Park.
