The lawyer representing the previous scholar that filmed and submitted a grievance about Charlotte Dujardin says the Olympic champion used a whip so as "to lift up the legs of the horse."
Stephan Wensing, from the European Equine Lawyers, says the video was recorded two-and-a-half years in the past whereas his shopper watched a lesson.
The whistleblower did not report it till now as a result of she was intimidated by Dujardin’s status, Mr Wensing stated.
