Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the European Council Antonio Costa spoke to the press in Brussels, because the EU approves nineteenth bundle of Russian sanctions.
Costa mentioned, as "Russia is increasing the strikes" in opposition to civilians and their amenities, the EU should "continue" to assist Ukraine for "lasting peace".
Zelenskyy mentioned, "Russia does not show that they want to stop the war".
He mentions that it’s important that strain is positioned on Putin to "stop this war".
