Qatar’s Prime Minister has delivered a blunt message from the Gulf to Iran: The assaults should cease.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani described Iran’s strikes on Qatar’s neighbours as a “dangerous miscalculation” – and warned the warfare might escalate, destabilising the area and sending shockwaves by the worldwide financial system.
Speaking to the media for the primary time since Qatar got here underneath missile and drone assault, he advised Yalda Hakim Iran had "betrayed" Qatar and its Gulf neighbours, calling for Tehran to de-escalate.
