The father of the schoolgirl sexually assaulted by Hadush Kebatu in Epping in July says his household feels "massively let down and infuriated" by the migrant’s unintentional launch from jail.
In a press release learn by Epping Forest Councillor Shane Yerrell this night, he says Kebatu being launched from HMP Chelmsford on Friday because of a system failure was "unbelievably irresponsible".
