ABC News has verified video of the second an ICE agent opened fireplace, fatally capturing a lady behind the wheel of an SUV in Minneapolis.
The Department of Homeland Security stated the girl was allegedly "attempting to run over our law enforcement officers." The mayor of Minneapolis, nonetheless, stated the agent’s actions weren’t self-defense.
The FBI is investigating the capturing.
