China has been blasted as a "bully country" and worldwide legislation breaker after its ships dramatically blasted Philippine vessels with water cannon within the South China Sea.
Philippine Coast Guard spokesman Jay Tarriela mentioned it was the primary time the Philippines had seen such aggression from the Chinese, within the disputed waters close to Scarborough Shoal.
China claims the territory as its personal and warned the Philippines to not problem their sovereignty there.
