Football regulator says blocking membership house owners over human rights considerations ‘not in our remit’

English soccer’s first regulator has admitted house owners accused of human rights abuses can’t be blocked from golf equipment as a result of his remit is barely safeguarding "financial stability".

But in a wide-ranging interview with Sky News, David Kogan advised he is able to intervene when possible to behave in opposition to Sheffield Wednesday proprietor Dejphon Chansiri amid an escalating money disaster on the membership.
