Foreign Secretary David Lammy to unveil ‘world first’ measure to cease individuals smugglers

David Lammy has been chatting with Sky News a few new "world first" sanctions regime to focus on individuals smugglers, choke off their funding, and cease small boat crossings.

The international secretary says he desires to "go after those who are smuggling people and the supply chains that they rely on".
