Former rugby star Kevin Sinfield takes on newest problem for MND
Former rugby league star Kevin Sinfield is operating seven ultramarathons in seven days to boost consciousness and cash for the MND group.
Speaking to Sky News, the previous England and Leeds Rhinos captain mentioned is doing this in honour of his good friend Rob Burrow, who died final yr from the illness.
“Rob fought so bravely and so courageously against the disease,” he says. “To see the devastation MND does and lack of funding it received for decades, we need to try and help these people.”
He provides that “we have to make sure we have to find a cure and look after them when they’re on that journey”.
