Government ‘upset’ in collapse of China spy trial
Environment Minister Emma Hardy spoke to Sky News in regards to the collapse of the trial of two males accused of spying for China.
Hardy stated: "We as a government are incredibly disappointed that it has been dropped… that wasn’t the outcome that we wanted."
She added the case wouldn’t be introduced once more because the CPS siad there was not sufficient proof to prosecute.
