Eric’s casting traces again to an opportunity Super Bowl run-in in Las Vegas, which sparked an in depth friendship with Reba McEntire’s fiancé (and co-star) Rex Linn. ‘Happy’s Place’ wraps up season 2 on Friday, April 24, on NBC; all episodes are stream on Peacock.
