Harvard sues Trump admin for its ban on faculty enrolling worldwide college students

Harvard University is suing the Trump administration, claiming its determination to revoke the college’s potential to enroll worldwide college students violates the First Amendment, the Due Process Clause, and the Administrative Procedure Act.

The Trump administration stated Thursday that Harvard misplaced entry to the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, which allows noncitizens to review within the U.S. underneath a selected visa, after the college did not adjust to a requirement final month for data on pupil visa holders.
