HM Chief Inspector of Prisons, Charlie Taylor has mentioned the justice secretary must give you an "action plan about what they’re going to do", after a jail in North London was positioned in particular measures.
HMP Pentonville, in Islington, was discovered to have illegally detained 130 prisoners, out of 560, past the size of their sentences due to backlogs in calculating sentences.
