A former editor of the publication which first introduced the Horizon Post Office scandal to gentle says the software program "was trouble even before the system was rolled out to 18,000 post offices."

Computer Weekly first revealed the story in 2009, its former editor Tony Collins advised Sky News there’s secrecy round IT points in authorities which meant it remained coated up.
