Chicago-based chef Rick Bayless has spent many years touring to Mexico, bringing the flavors and traditions again to the United States. He’s written 9 cookbooks and hosted a PBS cooking present, whereas his eating places have earned culinary honors, together with Michelin stars. Now, on a particular vacation version of the Dish, Bayless opens up about his annual custom of spending Christmas in Mexico.
