Two individuals have been killed in an assault on a synagogue that police have confirmed was a terrorism incident.
Four different persons are in a severe situation in hospital.
The assault befell on the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue, in Crumpsall, on Yom Kippur – the holiest day within the Jewish calendar.
