Outgoing first minister Humza Yousaf has informed Sky News the SNP and independence motion could be harmed by a poisonous management contest.
Mr Yousaf, who this week introduced he was standing down as SNP chief and Scotland’s first minister, refused to be drawn on his social gathering’s future route.
He mentioned any suggestion of him being compelled out of workplace to make method for John Swinney was "complete and utter rubbish".
