Hurricane Melissa is ‘as excessive because it will get’ on Earth

Hurricane Melissa might be among the many most harmful storms on the planet when it makes landfall in Jamaica, a senior presenter on the Met Office has stated.

"This is about as extreme as it gets," Aidan McGivern instructed Sky News presenter Matt Barbet.

"These kinds of winds can destroy buildings, they can cause widespread disruption to power supplies, water supplies, they are absolute monsters."
