‘I hope Starmer will do the fitting factor and go’, says minister who resigned | The Cathy Newman Show

Cathy Newman speaks to Miatta Fahnbulleh, the devolution minister who was the primary to resign from authorities this morning.

Fahnbulleh says Sir Keir Starmer must ask himself two questions: "Can you command the confidence of the country… and are you capable of delivering the level of ambition?"

She says that the PM "needs to reflect", and "if the reply to these in his coronary heart is not any, I hope he’ll do the fitting factor.

"I hope he will put in place a proper process and a transition."
