Samsung, LG, TCL, HiSense and just about everybody else tout the advantages of their "smart" working programs included with their TVs. But truthfully, I do not want my TV to be one more laptop to serve adverts to me and steal my knowledge. I already bought a bunch of these! But escaping from the grips of TizenOS, WebOS and even Android TV is troublesome, particularly when valuable few corporations promote fashionable shows with out the OS cruft. Well, Sceptre has a 75" TV that’s easy as might be. But is their TV with no Smarts simply plain dumb?
